As per our policy, all sensitive documentation should be transferred via SFTP. Although the help desk uses SSL cert for secure communication, the client should still transfer any and all sensitive documentation via SFTP.
If you do not have SFTP credentials, please open a support ticket with a requst and one of our agents will be happy to help.
