Code Signing Certificate Update

New industry standards will require the private keys of code signing certificates to be stored on a HSM (Hardware Security Module) certified as FIPS 140 level 2, Common Criteria EAL 4+ or equivalent. Going forward, TAO will utilize a Cloud Platform to securely store and access the private key using an API call to sign our applicable code. Due to these changes, TAO has also refactored the signing process we do at the time of building/packaging, and have also removed all signing during the installation phase. As a result, the ClickOnce client installation will now only work within the Microsoft Edge browser.
